The first time I met Thuy My I had no idea what she is able to do for me. She is very gentle and I felt save sitting in front of her. It wasn`t necessary to tell her the story of my life. She connected herself with the light, said some peaceful words and started to heal me. She lead me into a meditation and I met the souls who are connected with my traumatic experiences. I had to forgive these souls one after the other. It was very exhausting but with Thuy My`s help I had enough energy. After that I walked home. I was so relaxed and felt able to start a new life. I am grateful that I met Thuy My.

I have known Thuy My Nguyen for some years now and have regularly received from her energy healing - this includes training on how to apply it to oneself when at home.  With Thuy My the biggest personal impression has been her work on letting in the light, being able to assess ones own level(s) and being able to increase it, as well as instruction regarding chakras and grounding.  Each session has a specific theme.

The sessions I have attended are both theory and practice, and usually in a group.  The one-to-one meetings have also brought me great benefits.

First, I thought that these sessions would be more about dry theory or topics related to everyday’ s work. But it exceeded my highest expectations. Thuy My is not only an amazing coach but also a wonderful person. She shared with me many interesting ways of discovering myself again and gave me homeworks which really helped me a lot (as ‘inner child’, writing down my timeline, make me live the emotions). I’m very grateful for the opportunity to participate in this coaching. I’m sure it will be useful for all my life.
